MUKTESHWAR MARATHON- 2nd edition

Held on 25th May 2014 for the benefit of CHIRAG school

Last year, events were held for adults (21km half marthon) and a shorter race for both adults and children (5km).

Oak Chalet's team member Bipin participated in the 1st edition of the Mukteshwar Marathon and earned himself and the Oak Chalet team a medal! Admittedly this was for participation rather than a prize but this should not deter from the fact that he completed a half marathon (21km) at 2200m altitude. We were all very proud! 

THE KUMAON HIMALAYA RIDE- Riding for AAROHI

In an effort to raise interest in cycling amongst the youth and fundraise for Aarohi’s Youth Wing, Aarohi brings to you a three day adventure exploring Kumaon on a cycle riding along the mountain roads.

Aarohi is a not for profit grassroots organisation involved in integral rural development in the Central Himalayan region.
